Thresholds provides a comprehensive, individualized program of mental health services that include case management, psychiatry, outreach programs, housing, educational advancement, social opportunities, and employment services. We offer the latest in innovative services created from years of research in the ﬁeld of mental health.
The majority of Thresholds’ services are focused on persons with a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness. Most programs are covered by Medicaid, Medicare or private insurance. Discounted fees are available for members who qualify. We accept all members regardless of ability to pay.

Thresholds provides services for persons with serious mental illnesses or substance use disorders, as well as a few specific populations, including youth and adolescents, young mothers, and veterans.
