Photos from Camp! The Thresholds Young Adult Program just got back from Camp, and thanks to our donors, they had an amazing time. Campers got to relax by the pool, fish from the dock, canoe and test themselves on the high ropes course. The first day, the entire group participated in a team-building challenge course, and on day two, they put their teamwork to use in a spirited, camp-wide waterfight. Click on the gallery to the left.
Will you give someone the summer they never had? For many of Thresholds' members, sleeping under the stars means a park bench, not a wonderful weekend in nature. If you've ever gone to summer camp, you know what a gift it is. Thresholds' Camp is an opportunity for you to share that gift and make a big impact in someone's life.
For 40 years, donors have funded special opportunities for Thresholds' members to spend a week at summer camp. It's a time to relax, connect with friends, and try new things for the first time: swimming in a lake, canoeing, a ropes-course, and s'mores.
You can check out photos from last year below. This year, 250 members hope to go to Camp. We hope you'll share your magical summers with a member by making a gift. We'll be sure to send you a postcard!
