YOUTH & YOUNG ADULT SERVICES

Provider Training & Consulting

Thresholds Youth & Young Adult Services partners with agencies and systems nationwide to strengthen services for transition-age youth and young adults with mental health challenges. Our training and consulting work is grounded in real-world practice, evidence-based models, and decades of experience supporting young people through their transition to adulthood.

We help organizations adapt proven approaches to meet the needs of their communities, improve engagement, and deliver better outcomes. Our work recognizes that services for transition-age youth must be intentionally different from traditional or adult models.
