Now Seeking Qualified Contractors: Bid on The Glenn SRO Renovation Project (Summer 2026)
Thresholds is looking for qualified contractors to bid on renovations for The Glenn SRO apartments.
Beginning late summer 2026, The Glenn apartments will undergo renovations. This project will include updates to HVAC, lighting, flooring, and painting, as well as remodeling of the restrooms and other building modifications. We are seeking contractors for this project through an open bidding process.
The first walkthrough will be February 18th, and the final walkthrough will be on March 3rd. The due date for bids is 5pm on March 16th.
