Workplace Wellness at Thresholds Earns Silver Bell Seal Recognition
Thresholds has been nationally recognized for our wellness efforts within the workplace, earning the Silver Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health from Mental Health America.
The Bell Seal is a national certification that recognizes employers who excel in supporting the mental health and well-being of their staff. This honor was awarded based on an evaluation of our policies, benefits, company culture, and wellness initiatives.
At Thresholds, supporting mental health is at the core of our mission, for both our employees and our clients. This recognition reflects our collaborative effort to build a workplace where people feel supported, respected, and able to ask for help when they need it.
A total of 359 employers across 21 industries and 40 states were recognized with the Bell Seal for their commitment to employee mental health.
“As one of Illinois’ largest providers of recovery services for people living with mental health and substance use conditions, Thresholds knows that creating a culture of mental wellness starts from within,” said Mark Ishaug, Thresholds President and CEO. “We are honored to be recognized among national leaders in workplace mental health and proud to set an example for what a supportive, equitable workplace can be.”
Thresholds employs more than 1,400 individuals in a variety of roles, serving clients across 5 counties in Illinois.
