Tribune Names Thresholds Top Workplace for 7th Year

Chicago, IL – Thresholds is proud to announce that we have been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Chicago Tribune for the 7th year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback through a third-party survey administered Energage LLC. Thresholds ranks 21st in the large company category (>1,000 employees) and is the only nonprofit organization in that category. 150 total companies were represented on the lists in all categories.

“Because this award is based entirely on employee feedback, we are always immensely proud to receive it,” says Mark Ishaug, Thresholds CEO. “This award speaks volumes about the positive, hardworking, compassionate culture that our employees have all helped to build at Thresholds. I am so proud to work at this organization alongside our staff.”

During a challenging year, Thresholds’ staff have stepped up and shown creativity, flexibility, and dedication to our work providing services to people living with mental illnesses and substance use conditions. We are proud and honored to be named to the list of Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces for 2020.
