Thresholds Named a USA TODAY Top Workplace for 2026

Thresholds is celebrating earning recognition as a USA TODAY Top Workplace and ranking #74 in the nation.

In what has been one of the most challenging years for nonprofits, this recognition feels nothing short of extraordinary. Even more meaningful, this honor is based entirely on feedback from our incredible staff, who bring passion, purpose, and heart to everything they do.

The sixth annual national survey, a collaboration between Energage and USA TODAY, recognizes midsize and large organizations with at least 150 employees that are exceeding national benchmarks for employee satisfaction. Out of more than 2,300 organizations surveyed, being recognized at the national level is a true testament to the culture we’ve built together – one grounded in compassion, collaboration, and impact.
