Thresholds Named Top Workplace for the 8th Year in a Row

Chicago, IL – Thresholds is thrilled to be included in The Chicago Tribune’s list of Top Workplaces for the 8th year in a row. The award is based entirely on employee surveys and feedback. Thresholds provides mental health and substance use treatment services for more than 7,000 clients in the Chicago region each year, as well as robust supportive housing support.

“This award is always particularly meaningful because it is based on feedback directly from our employees, so it’s a testament to the positive and collaborative culture that they’ve helped create,” says Mark Ishaug, Thresholds CEO. “I’m proud to be part of a team whose collective commitment to our clients and our mission is so apparent in everything they do.”

Thresholds is the only community non-profit organization listed in the Large Employers category, and ranked 25th overall in that category.

“Thresholds is not only a top place to work, but we are committed to continuous improvement based on employee feedback. As employers face hiring challenges and a transformed workplace landscape, it’s critical to be listening to employees closely and making meaningful changes,” says Chris Noone, Thresholds Chief Talent Officer.
