Thresholds Named A Chicago Tribune Top Workplace for 6th Consecutive Year

Chicago, IL – Thresholds, the largest provider of community mental health services in Illinois, has been named a Top Workplace 2019 by the Chicago Tribune. Awardees were chosen based entirely on anonymous employee survey results that measure workplace factors such as culture, alignment, execution, connection, and more. This is the sixth year in a row Thresholds has been named to the list.

With more than 1,200 employees, Thresholds is one of the largest and oldest nonprofit providers of mental health and substance use treatment throughout the Chicagoland area. Through supportive housing, employment, integrated physical and behavioral healthcare, homeless outreach services, and more, Thresholds strives to ensure every client has the resources they need to live a healthy, independent life.
