Thresholds Receives Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplace Award for 9th Consecutive Year

CHICAGO, IL – Thresholds is proud to be named among the Chicago Tribune’s 2022 Top Workplaces. Thresholds provides mental health and substance use treatment services throughout Chicago and the surrounding counties. As one of the oldest and largest providers in Illinois, Thresholds serves over 7,000 people Chicago and its metropolitan area each year.

The Tribune’s list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, connection, and more.

Thresholds is the only community nonprofit organization listed in the Large Employers category, and ranked 13th overall in that category.
